潘育川（玉川）
祖籍广东开平，生于广州。1988年毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，获文学学士学位，现为广东省美术家协会会员，广东省青年美术家协会常务理事，广州市美术家协会理事。
Pan Yuchuan He graduate in 1988 as a BA from the Department of Chinese Painting.Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.Currently he is a member of Guangdong Artists Association and director of Canton Artists Association.
