崔西滨，1962年生于辽宁省营口市，毕业于营口市高级美术中学，幼小习画尤爱油画，并与研习过程中注重民族文化与油画语言的相融。故，作品中有着浓郁的中国味道，作品多次参加省市美展，现在中国宋庄从事原创油画，洼地画廊签约画家。

Cui Xibin, born 1962, is a native of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. Graduating from the Yingkou Advanced School of Fine Arts, he has been studying painting since childhood, with particular passion for oil painting. In his creation, he has paid special attention to fusing the flow of oil painting with the national culture, giving his works a strong Chinese feature. His works are frequently on display in municipal and provincial art exhibitions. Currently, he is engaged in producing oil paintings in Song Zhuang and is signed up for Wadi Art Gallery.
