1968年生于陕西，自幼受其父邢继有、其兄邢庆仁的艺术熏染，毕业于西安美术学院。邢庆信擅以成熟的学院派技法勾绘乡野风情，或孤村白房，或锦绣遍野，或锄禾撷果，无不晴和、烂漫，洋溢着宁静、自在与野趣。

Xing Qingxin was born in Shaanxi in 1968, has artistic cultivation from his father Xing Jiyou and brother Xing Qingren, graduated from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts. Xing portraits pastoral delight through mature academic painting techniques, either of serene village, gurgling stream or flowery wilderness, all in warm hue and brim with air of rustic charm and inner tranquility.
