展览介绍

雕塑藝術家林國瑋於台北藝術大學美術系碩士畢業．此次個展以關懷環境與瀕臨絕種動物為創作主題，提供觀者對於環境過度開發、森林濫伐、動物捕殺的反思．作品包含台灣獼猴、蘭嶼角鴞、老虎、犀牛、大羊角、綠蠵龜、北極熊、鬥牛犬．．．等，並且將小孩與女孩溫柔形象和動物性格搭配，呼喚出對大自然的愛惜與尊重．

＜環境取樣NO.∞＞林國瑋 木雕2016創作個展，不僅凝聚了自然的原生力量，也完整地呈現人們最真摯與無私的情懷．

- Kuo-Wei LIN’s solo sculpture exhibition

Sculpture artist Kuo-Wei LIN, graduated from Taipei National University, M.F.A Fine Arts. In 2016 solo exhibition, he takes extinct species, combining children and girl image as the creation motif. Reminds people to consider the serious consequences of environmental abuse and animal killing. The works includes FORMOSAN ROK MONKEY, ELEGANT SCOPS OWL, TIGER, Rhino, RAM, SEA TURTLE, POLAR BEAR…etc. He makes soft mankind character in sculpture, reflecting the deep strength in animals. < NO.∞ Nature > not only shows the highest respect to the nature, but also embodies the great tenderness of mankind.
