郭伟，1960年生，四川成都人。1989年毕业于四川美术学院版画系，现为职业画家。展览及获奖：1988年六人画展（重庆）；1992年首届广州双年展，获提名奖；1993年后’89中国当代艺术展（香港）、首届中国油画双年展，获学术奖；1996年中国当代艺术展（德国）；1997年首届当代艺术学术邀请展（香港）；1998年东方与东方在西方相遇（美国）；1999年REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE（英国）；2000年世纪之门（成都）、郭伟和郭晋新作品展（四合院画廊）、个人画展（巴黎）、未来——中国当代艺术展（澳门）、秋季学术邀请展（成都）；2001年下一代——亚洲当代艺术展（巴黎）、郭伟郭晋作品展（伦敦、纽约）、个人画展（洛杉矶、旧金山）、成都双年展；2002年个人画展（澳门）、千年之缘——中国当代艺术展（纽约）、中国艺术三年展（广州）。作品广被收藏。
