我们很荣幸地宣布艺·凯旋画廊将于2019年11月2日在798艺术区推出“仙人振缨——梁缨个展”。此次展览将呈现艺术家近期创作的最新作品，这一系列主要融合了梁缨个人的内心世界和中国传统神话传说，体现了梁缨作为艺术家对当下生活的感悟和过去的神往。

Triumph Gallery is pleased to present the solo exhibition of Liang Ying at the 798 Art District on November 2, 2019. This exhibition will present the latest works created by the artist. This series mainly integrates Liang Ying’s inner world with Chinese traditional myths and legends, reflecting Liang Ying’s perception of the present life and the past as an artist.

梁缨1961年出生于北京，是新时期首批留欧的画家，德国新表现主义的理念和风格与她的天赋性情相契合，给予了她艺术滋养，使她完成了从再现向表现的转变。在形式上她将西方艺术与中国水墨材料相融合，在观照世俗生活的基础上捕捉主体的情志，自由辽阔地吟咏她个人与这个电光火石的时代相绌的朴素天性。

Liang Ying was born in Beijing in 1961. As one of the first group of Chinese painters studying in Europe after Cultural Revolution, the rough and primordial style of German new expressionism, as well as its spontaneous emotions and improvisations, marries well with her natural disposition, which makes her achieve the transition from representation to expression. In terms of form, she integrates western art with Chinese ink materials, captures the emotions and will of the subject on the basis of observing the daily life, and freely evokes her simple nature as opposed to this rapid era.
东晋诗人陶渊明有诗句云：“纵浪大化中、不喜亦不惧。”（《形影神》）宇宙间的一切事物都在变化流转中，宇宙就是一个如川一般的大流，是一个日新无疆的历程。而梁缨能在水墨世界里实现人之心性与天相通，让个体生命放浪于宇宙大化的流转中，这样宠辱不惊，豁达坦然地遵从本心创作，对心机重重的当代社会而言，无疑是一帖良药。

Tao Yuanming, a famous poet of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, wrote: ‘Plunge yourself in Nature’s course with cheers, and you will not have any joys or fears’ in his poem The Flesh, The Shadow, The Spirit. Everything in the universe is changing. The universe is like a flowing river, representing a course of constant renewal. In the ink world, Liang Ying connects the human heart with the heavens, and allows the individual life to flow in the circulation of the universe. She remains unattached from flatters or disgrace, displaying sanguinity and placidity in herself and her works, whose unconstrained style is unpretentiously simple, a true remedy in this society fraught with scheming worries.
在展出的这一系列作品里，梁缨重新阐释了中国传统的鬼怪神话和民间故事，以一个当代人的视角表现中国传统文化的神话性、原始性和故事性，她用肆意的笔触和秾丽的色彩塑造了一个个光怪陆离的志怪世界，为观画之人开辟了一个崭新的宇宙。当他们被世俗和生活挤压地无法喘息时，可以让自己的精神遁入画中世界跟随梁缨瑰丽浪漫的思绪遨游，从而找回失落的自由和情感。

In this series of works on display, Liang Ying reinterpreted the Chinese traditional myths, expressing the mythology, primitiveness and story of Chinese traditional culture from a contemporary perspective. With spontaneous brushstrokes and brilliant colors, she has created a world of strange and grotesque, opening up a new universe for those who are viewing paintings. When people are overwhelmed by the everyday life, they can let their own spirits break into the world of painting and follow the romantic thoughts of Liang Ying, thus recovering the lost freedom and emotion.
