张夫也艺术简介

       张夫也，1955年生，1982年毕业于中央工艺美术学院并留校任教，1990年任日本东京艺术大学客座研究员，1999年获文学博士学位。现任清华大学美术学院教授、博士生导师、世界艺术史研究所所长，中国艺术研究院特聘教授、博士生导师。曾多次在国内外举办个人艺术展览，以清雅别致的画风博得普遍赞誉，并多次获得奖项。作品被法国、意大利、澳大利亚、英国、加拿大、日本等国际团体、文化教育机构、美术团体及国内有关单位及个人收藏。

Biography of the Artist

Dr. Fuye Zhang (1955-) graduated at the Central Academy of Arts & Design (CAAD), Beijing, where he began teaching in 1982. In 1990, he studied applied arts and design history on a Visiting Fellowship at Tokyo University of the Arts, and obtained a PhD at CAAD in 1999. He is now Professor of the Academy of Arts and Design and Director of World Arts History Institute (WAHI) at Tsinghua University, as well as Distinguished Professor of the Graduate School of Chinese National Academy of Arts. During his career, Dr. Zhang has held several solo exhibitions of his paintings and calligraphies. Many of his works, noted for a refined and elegant style, were collected and prized by international culture and education organizations and private collectors in France, Italy, Australia, Britain, Canada, Japan and China.
