规格尺寸：直径39.3mm, 厚度：2.5mm, 重量:26.8克
此币正面中间有楷书“光绪元宝”四字，上端有“山东官银 庚子年造光绪元宝”，中端有“一两”字样，背面双龙，四周绕以八卦两仪祥云纹，今存世甚少，铸造精良，包浆老道。
此类钱币铸额不多而未流通过，留存至今罕见，留存于世甚少，完美品相者寥若晨星，此套银币品相极好，但存世数量极度稀少，不失为中国机制币中的珍品；2017年9月17日，新加坡专场钱币拍卖会，成交壹枚山东省造光绪元宝官银壹两银币，价格高达450万RMB；目前国内拍卖会从未出现过，香港和澳门钱币精品拍卖会也鲜有出现。
