Hazel Teoh, ⻢来⻄亚籍，2003年毕业于阿德莱德的南澳大利亚大学建筑系学士，其后在新加坡从事建筑师⼯作，⼀直到近期在澳⻔工作后再次找回到对绘画的激情。

从小喜爱作画并作为⼀位不断努力自学的艺术工作者，她亦探讨并欣赏各种建筑和室内设计的美感，使Hazel 设计美学和技巧来创造她独特而鲜明的艺术⻛格。

她自创的 Ha娃角色以简洁线条和色调及多个表情和形态从而表达出 Hazel 对周边事物的各种情感和启发。当中Ha 创作灵感来自艺术与星球交织在⼀起, Ha    旳头形设计概念悠如着地球的形状

Hazel      对大自然有着浓厚的关注以及对动物的关爱，从而透过绘画中带出珍惜地球上

Hazel Teoh Profile

Born in Penang-Malaysia and based in Singapore, Hazel Teoh graduated from the School of Architecture in Adelaide in 2003. Also trained as interior designer, she has since worked in architectural firms in Singapore and Macau as well for more than a decade. She has spent her leisure time pursuing her other passion and hobbies in arts and drawing.

Her paintings are characterized by cloning different facial expression from her little girl 'Ha' in an unique light-hearted trademark style.

An animal lover herself, Hazel is very much inclined to show her iconic “Ha Girl” with the animals in her paintings to depict the human affection for the animals in her painting series; the "New Life" and “Zebra” series.

Her “New Life” paintings symbolize the important significance of a new lease of life by providing caring home and love for the animals. It also shows the human-animal bonding, appreciation, reflections of the love, care and joy that human and animal gain from each other's companionship.

In her recent series such as "Reflection" & "Ha on the journey" which are shown

with treasuring life on the planet with a concern of eco-friendly nature of the earth, reflecting her love for pacific beings and green in the living sphere and singing praise to life of enlightenment.

She has exhibited in the following events:

1) Affordable Art Fair 2015 (AAF Spring Edition), Singapore

2) Macpro Gallery art exhibition, 2015 Macau

3) Gala charity dinner exhibition 2015, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Singapore

4) Affordable Art Fair 2016, (AAF Spring Edition), Singapore

5) Solo exhibition in 2016, in collaboration with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Singapore

Hazel is currently working on her new paintings for the upcoming Noah’s Ark CARES, a Non- Government Organisation (NGO) welfare group for animals in Singapore, for their Gala charity dinner and auction exhibition in July 2017.

Her works are also displayed in Blue Lotus Fine Art in Singapore, Macpro Gallery in Macau and Dun Huang Wealth Ltd in Bund SOHO - Shanghai.
