This coin was coined at the beginning of the 31st year of Guangxu (1905) to commemorate the 70th birthday of Cixi. Zhang jiongbo wrote in the article "silver coins made in Guangdong Province": "however, it is very difficult to break this product suddenly because it is not recorded in the new year. However, according to its pattern, it is harmoniously made into blessing and longevity, surrounded by Double Dragons, and the screen has no English, which means praising and blessing. It is a great abnormal system. Therefore, it has become one of the commemorative coins, which is specially cast to wish Empress Dowager Cixi's 70th birthday."

One or two silver coins with the word "Shou" and "Shuanglong" in Guangdong are not only cherished by people because they are rarely handed down, but also favored by people because of their exquisite workmanship. In China's modern silver coins, it is a long-standing and famous one. The obverse of the coin is bounded by a bead circle, which can be divided into two parts: outside the bead circle, the upper end is "made in Guangdong Province", the lower end is "Kuping weight one or two", and a bat pattern is cast on the left and right sides; Within the bead circle, there are four characters of "Guangxu Yuanbao" in Manchu and Chinese. The back is also bounded by a bead circle: outside the bead circle, there is a double dragon pattern; Inside the bead ring, there is a round word "Shou". This silver coin has a remarkable feature, that is, there is a bat pattern on both sides of the coin. At that time, its image was cast on silver coins, which implied auspicious meaning. Because the word "bat" of bat has the same pronunciation as the word "Fu" of happiness, and the word "bat" and "Fu" are homophonic when the bat pattern is cast on the coin. Moreover, if it corresponds to the word "longevity" on the back, it constitutes the meaning of "both happiness and longevity".
