Rob 来自美丽的加拿大，他出生于云清碧透的温哥华。
有着两种血液他，在洋溢着独特的民族风情时又散发着野性及高贵的气息。他的母亲来自麦浪滔滔的苏格兰之乡，父亲又来自于俊朗的乌克兰之邦。
Rob 在很小的年龄就已经开始在世界各地展览他的作品，17岁他便开始游历世界各地，从美负盛名的美洲到拉丁美洲，又从欧洲转展到亚洲。
他在每次的行程中寻觅各地神秘及极其质朴的民俗风情。
他像每个年轻人一样激情迸发，总是精力旺盛的用画笔宣泄着一切，但是他的作品又敏感的刺动着别人的每一根神经，看似简单唯美，但是无形的力量却在促动画中内在人物的内在悲情感，很多人都在被震惊和感动着。这不是一个女画家的画，但是却同样细腻柔和！这不是一个极其抽象及到处宣泄力量及愤怒的画家，但是这种力量却可以一丝丝的渗透人心。
他每一幅画似乎都在讲述一个故事，每一个独特的想法及画面似乎又来自与他走过的国家，游历过的城市，他以他年轻敏感的视野诠释着画中世界。

Rob Slychuk
Hailing from Vancouver British Columbia， Rob Slychuk started exhibiting works from an early age， traveling the world to do so.
Primarily using paint he has worked in other forms of media， most notably video. Rob began traveling on his own at the age of 17， starting with Central America and later on moving to Asia. This exposure to the world and dynamic cultures greatly impacted the story telling style of his paintings， giving him an outlook on the world entirely his own that shows through in his artwork.
Discovered by an art dealer Rob began selling his paintings， showing his work in international galleries. His paintings can be found in private and corporate collections throughout North America， Asia and Europe. For the time being he has called Beijing his home， while continuing to paint and show his work locally and abroad.

His paintings， though simplistic on the surface， carry with them an inherent deeper story. A fairytale style color scheme and a sense of humor bring these paintings to life！
