艺博画廊

毛焰，1968年出生于湖南湘潭，1991年毕业于中央美术学院油画系，现居南京，任教于南京艺术学院美术系，任中国油画学会理事。
毛焰一直以他的观念性肖像绘画受到世人瞩目。作品中极端的技巧主义倾向来源于作者繁锐的感受力，这种天赋是画家传神写照的根本。细致如神经未梢的刻画显示了形、神相融的境界，这是肖像艺术中趋于完美的体现。毛焰这种融贯通的成熟的观念和风格出现于九十年代中期，代表着中国写实绘画的新高度。
