常青，1965年生于四川成都，1984年毕业于四川美术学院附中。1989年毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）油画系并留附中任教。1997年起在中国美术学院油画系任教至今。参加过“首届中国油画展”、“中国油画展”、“第七届全国美术展”、“首届中国油画精品大展”等。获得过建国五十周年优秀作品奖、“首届中国油画精品大展”银奖。

　　Chang Qing,Born in Chengdu. Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of China Academy of Fine Arts in 1989 and stayed at the Academy to teach. His works were selected for the 1st Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition in 1987, Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition in New York in 1988, the 7th National Art Exhibition in 1989 and won an excellence prize, the 1st Selected Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition in 1990 and won a silver prize. He was a member of the delegation of Chinese artists to Europe in 1993, and took part in the international art festival and Chinese oil paintings exhibition in Germany. In 1993, he participated in the 5th Biennial Paper Arts Exhibition in Germany and the 2nd Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition. He visited the USA in 1995 with the Chinese oil painters’ delegation, and exhibited his works at the 12 Contemporary Chinese Painters Exhibitions held in New York and Los Angeles. His paintings were also shown at the Shanghai Biennial Art Exhibition in 1996.(Lot 138,139)
