巴黎聖母院 Cathedral of Notre-Dame  65x75cm  1991

法國五月藝術節自1993年首辦以來，是亞洲最大型的文化盛事之一，旨在為觀眾搜羅最優秀的作品。天趣國際藝術為配合這一重要的文化活動，將隆重推出香港旅法油畫家林鳴崗的個人油畫展《巴黎•年华》。展覽於2019年5月31日（週五）下午5時至8時開幕，並於6時舉辦主題為《走近巴黎聖母院》的研討。展期至6月30日。

Art of Nature proudly presents Lam Man Kong’s solo oil painting exhibition, Days in Paris in the coming Hong Kong Le French May, which is one of the biggest cultural events in Asia since its debut in 1993.Please join us for the opening reception on Friday, 31stMay 2019, 5-8pm, and a thematic discussion, “Approach Notre Dame de Paris” starting from 6 pm. The exhibition can be viewed until 30th June 2019.

林鳴崗被譽為第三代旅法傑出藝術家、“人性的藝術家”和“苦吟派詩人”。他從事藝術創作50年，在旅居法國30年期間，他輾轉於巴黎乃至法國各地進行寫生，那裡的自然與人文風光不斷地激蕩他的心靈，並激發了他的創作熱情，此次展出的作品從巴黎郊外的優美風光到各色人物的生動肖像，記錄了林鳴崗和這座城市相處的點滴。特別是《巴黎聖母院》油畫組畫，是林鳴崗早期在法國投入了大量的時間和精力創作而成，傾注了他濃烈的情感。

Lam Man Kong is honored as the 3rd generation distinguished France-residing artist, humanistic artist and singlemindedpoet. Lam has been an artist for nearly 50 years. During his 30-year stay in France, he spent his time flitting from Paris and other cities, and those natural and human landscapes inspired his creation. From the beautiful scenery in Paris countryside to vivid portraits, the artworks showcased in this exhibition are the record of Lam’s daily life in Paris. Especially the Notre Dame de Paris series, where Lam invested a lot of time, efforts and immense zeal.

這套作品吸收了古典主義造型和印象派的色彩，是風景類油畫中的經典之作。相比海明威眼裡“流動的盛宴”，林鳴崗對巴黎有著更敏銳的觀察和更切膚的感受，他的作品用色彩細膩，畫面瀰漫著生活化的氣息和安詳溫柔的詩意。與許多當代藝術僅強調抽象觀念不同的是，林鳴崗更提倡藝術家表達內心真實的情感，只有充滿情感的藝術才有恆久的魅力，不會被時間淘汰，一如他筆下的巴黎。

This series absorb the modelings of Classism, as well as the colors from Impressionism, which deserve to be the masterpiece among similar works. While Paris is “A moveable feast” to Ernest Hemingway, Lam has a more keen observation and direct feelings to this city. Color is applied delicately in his works and contributes to the rich flavor of life and poetic quality.Different from the idea of other contemporary artists, Lam advocates expressing inner feelings instead of emphasizing abstract concept. Only the artworks with personal emotions could have lasting charm, which will not be washed out by history, just like the Paris he portrayed.

林鳴崗 Lam Man Kong

旅法著名油畫家、藝評家和散文家。1990年赴巴黎留學，1992年結業於巴黎國立高等美術學院。作品被美術館、公司、私人大量收藏。評論、隨筆經常散見海內外報刊、雜誌。現為香港油畫研究會會長。

Famous oil painters, art critics and essayists in France. He studied in Paris in 1990 and graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Paris in 1992. His works are widely collected by galleries, companies and private individuals. His comments and essays are often scattered in newspapers and magazines at home and abroad. He is currently the president of the Hong Kong Oil Painting Research Association.
