由玛格家族创建并经营的玛格艺术集团下设玛格基金会，玛格博物馆、玛格画廊和玛格画廊。由玛格代理的现代、当代艺术家在国际艺术界均享有誉名。玛格集团是唯一个被邀请参加07年法国总统撒科奇正式访华之行的私人艺术集团。 　　玛格艺术基金会博物馆MAEGHT FOUNDATION：位于尼斯附近风景如画的圣保罗·旺斯 ( Saint-paul de Vence )，于1964年建成。在法国，这是第一个由艺术家亲自参与建筑构思，并共同设计完成的大型私立博物馆，其著名的现代艺术雕塑花园，由吉亚柯梅蒂、夏加尔、米罗、卡德尔、布拉克、莱热等艺术家公共创作完成。博物馆的建筑设计、藏品及相关展览吸引了国内外大批艺术家和艺术爱好者前来参观游览，自开放至今每年已接待约二十万人次。在玛格博物馆的数万藏品中，仅吉亚柯梅蒂的雕塑就有52件，米罗的全部版画创作及150件雕塑，其中夏加尔最大的一幅油画也收在其中。这是法国最重要也是最具影响力的当代艺术私人收藏，欧洲及美国的各大艺术博物馆的大型现代展览，当涉及到相关题材及主题时，常常得益于玛格藏品的慷慨出借。玛格基金会的主要活动有艺术品收藏，展览策划等。 　　玛格画廊MAEGHT GALLERY：1936年创建，当年由玛格画廊经营并独家代理的一代艺术大师们至今仍影响着当代艺术的审美和发展，他们也都在艺术史上占有重要的地位：康定斯基、莱热、马蒂斯、勃纳尔、布拉克、吉亚柯梅蒂、夏加尔、米罗、卡德尔，等等。作为国际知名画廊的玛格画廊，其一举一动都在艺术界和媒体倍受关注。在非盈利文化交流领域，玛格画廊将其收藏的大量艺术原作精品常年出借给西方各大艺术博物馆参与展览，使人们得以欣赏到现代当代艺术史上的名作原创；同时，在带有独特的审美和开放态度下，玛格画廊也从未间断对国际新艺术家的发掘和培养。如日本艺术家黑田明(Aki Kuroda )，意大利艺术家戴尔雷(Marco Del Re ),土而其艺术家 Selma Gurbuz等等。迄今玛格画廊已经在自己的空间策划举办400余个展览，并每年为艺术家在其他国际艺术空间策划5-10个展览。 　　玛格出版社MAEGHT EDITION：在欧洲以独家代理当代艺术名家的版画和石版画而著称。艺术家们通常受邀前往玛格出版社设在巴黎的工作室进行创作，不论是最传统、最现代、还是最前卫的艺术探索，在设备和技术上，玛格均可以满足艺术家的创作要求。迄今为止，玛格出版社印刷出版了米罗和吉亚柯梅蒂的全套版刻作品，每幅作品限量制作十幅左右，由艺术家签名标号。玛格出版社被公认为全球版刻和石版刻艺术发行领域最重要的出版商。迄今玛格出版社已经出版了12,000套艺术家原创版画作品，合计约600,000余张。玛格出版社还出版艺术海报，展览目录，艺术家作品集，以及艺术家亲自参与制作的限量艺术设计书籍。 　　悠悠·玛格YOYO MAEGHT：玛格艺术基金会执行董事、玛格出版社主管、玛格博物馆及画廊的艺术统筹及策划。她同时担任多家大型博物馆的艺术顾问(如：蓬皮杜文化艺术中心法国国家现代艺术博物馆) 。悠悠策划了多个大型展览，并出版了众多当代知名作家和诗人的著作。 　　玛格画廊与中国的结缘始与2005年9月，法国文化部代表团访华期间，悠悠受法国政府官方委托，与法国文化部长一行来华公务访问。2006年11月，玛格画廊在中国举办了第一次“东游纪”展览， 一方面玛格希望将优秀的国际现代／当代艺术带来中国，让中国观众有更多的观看和交流的机会；令一方面希望把优秀的中国当代艺术推向欧洲，发掘和培养新的艺术家。之后玛格画廊陆续参加组织了多个艺术活动；2007年11月，Yoyo 玛格女士与法国总统萨科奇一同对华进行国务访问，玛格艺术集团是唯一一个被邀请的私人艺术集团。 　　玛格集团的发展思路十分开放，不仅局限与艺术市场领域。在国际上，我们曾与影视，文学，音乐等文化媒介进行跨界创作，也与奢侈珠宝品牌，时尚品牌，地产项目等等进行跨界商业合作。合作品牌如：Louis Vuitton （ fashion ), Mauboussin （ Luxury jewel ）, Pleyel （Luxury Piano ）, Martell Cordon Bleu （ fine wine )，Tokyo Dome ( Architecture design )，Royal Monceau (Luxury Hotel )等等。 　　2008年7月，在中国的正式办公室将于上海正式成立。玛格也将延续以往的发展思路，希望尽可能开放的与各界品牌合作，各种项目合作。 　　The Maeght Family founded the Maeght Foundation, the Maeght Gallery and Maeght Editions. It owns a significant collection of masterpieces of modern art. 　　The Maeght Gallery opened in 1946 and became the exclusive gallery of some of the most important artists of that time such as Kandinsky, Léger, Matisse, Bonnard, Braque, Giacometti, Chagall, Miró, Calder… Today the Gallery organises exhibitions and collaborates with many different museums. Each exhibition at the Gallery gives the opportunity to visitors and buyers to view paintings and sculptures of established artists and to discover new international contemporary works. 　　Maeght Editions exclusively publishes prints andlithographs by contemporary artists. These world renowned artists have created works particularly for Maeght. All printing techniques, from the most traditional to the most modern, are available for these artists in the print studio in Paris. Maeght Editions has published and printed the entire collection of prints by Miró and Giacometti. The series of each print is limited in number and signed by each artist. Maeght Editions has published 12 000 works an is known as the most important editor of lithographs and prints in the world. 　　The Maeght Foundation near Nice was inaugurated by André Malraux in 1964. It was the first museum in France which was built in collaboration with the artists. 200 000 visitors come every year to visit the Maeght Foundation and the famous gardens with sculptures by Miró, Giacometti, Calder, Braque, Chagall and Léger. The Foundation itself holds internationally acclaimed exhibitions every year and has a collection of more than 10 000 works including 62 sculptures by Giacometti, 150 sculptures by Miró and the largest Chagall painting in the world. These works are often shown in many different major western museums. 　　Yoyo Maeght, who is the director of Maeght Editions was born in 1959. 　　She manages the exhibition program of the Maeght Gallery and supervises public relations for the Maeght Foundation. She has written many texts on contemporary artists and works as curator of modern and contemporary art for others museums and art centers. 　　Yoyo Maeght publishes works by many famous poets and writers notably Pierre-Jean Rémy, who is the President of « Années croisées France Chine » and whom Maeght Editions has published two books. 　　Yoyo was invited in the official travel of President Sarkozy at Novembre 2007 as the only representative of private art group at France. Maeght continue Asian Project in 2008. She is also Judge at the Commercial Court of Paris.
