李联霞，是青海省著名民间艺术家、民间工 艺美术大师。
她的掐丝唐卡作品在国内外均富有盛名,并多次在国际及国内的各种大赛中获得奖项。其制作的掐丝唐卡被青海省推荐参加2008年奥运会“中国故事”文化展示活动受到表彰；被青海省选派参加2009年上海世博会。受国际文化组织机构邀请由文化部、青海省派遣到尼日利亚、贝宁、马耳他等多国传授，展演掐丝唐卡制作技艺，培训了大量国际学员，参加国际艺术交流，受到嘉奖。2014年9月，曾作为我国四位唐卡大师之一，携作品参加日中友好会馆与青海省文化和新闻出版厅联合举办的“印象青海—唐卡艺术展”；2014年10月，作为中国代表携作品到特莱姆森参加“国际细密画展览”；同年其新创意掐丝艺术作品《春》在第四届中国民间艺术精品展会上获得优秀奖。近年来她创作的掐丝唐卡《观音系列》、《四臂观音》、《千手观音》荣获多个中华工艺、美术文化创意奖、优秀奖、一等奖。

Cloisonne thangka works collected by Kashpaya Gallery are all produced by a master of cloisonne thangka from Qing’hai province, namely Li Lianxia.   

 Her thangka works are well recognized for the supreme quality and have won her numerous awards. In 2004, she was invited as one of the four thangka masters of China to attend the exhibition of  “Impression Qinghai”, co-sponsored by Qing’hai Provincial Department of Culture and Japanese Chinese Friendship Center in Japan. She was also invited to give courses of Thangka painting hosted by China Cultural Centres of Malta, Nigeria and some other countries. In 2004, Lixian Li attended the 7th International Festival of Miniature held in Tlemcen with her thangka works. The festival records the participation of the world's best artists in the fields of miniature and this is the first time that China has artists attending this festival.
